Steve Visconti is responsible for Extenua’s strategic direction and day-today business operations. As CEO, Mr. Visconti brings to Extenua over 25 years’ experience in both domestic and international business development, sales, marketing, and management success. Steve’s leadership experience includes top technology companies and startup ventures including Cisco Systems Inc, Airespace, Ascend, Chipcom, and Banyan Systems. His understanding of technology and market conditions, together with the ability to lead high growth companies and build shareholder value, has contributed to his proven performance record and several successful startup successes.

Rodney M. Tiede
Chairman of the Board
Rodney M. Tiede, has over 30 years of proven management experience as an entrepreneur and executive. He has been successful helping startup companies understand “Vision without execution is hallucination.” Mr. Tiede served as Chief Executive Officer, President and a Director of Broadcast International Inc, a publicly traded company, from September 1999 until August 2014, at which time Broadcast was successfully merged with another company. Prior to being CEO, Mr. Tiede served as a General Manager and Sales Manager where he increased revenues and secured multimillion dollar contracts with Fortune 100 companies.
Mr. Tiede holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Washington and has attended continuing educational courses at Harvard in Negotiations and Managing People for Maximum Performance.

Jason McBride, J.D.
Board Member
Jason joined Extenua’s board of directors in December 2014. He is currently a Senior Manager at Callidus Software, Inc, leading key initiatives and managing personnel responsible for complex commercial negotiations, process development, and process implementation throughout the company at large.
Prior to this role, Jason served as the Director of Contracts and Legal Affairs for Conservant, Inc. (a subsidiary of Alliance Data) where he was responsible for inbound agreements pertaining to SaaS licensing. Jason’s experience in the Software-as-a-Service and technology sector spans over the period of a decade and also includes stints at Google, Inc. in the Enterprise division and as a Senior Business Development consultant for the enterprise video-messaging mobile service, VMS, Inc. In addition to the foregoing, Mr. McBride assisted with the roadmap development and funding for technology startups which continue to experience exponential revenue growth to date.
Jason holds a B.A. in Psychology, M.A. in Policy Analysis, and M.A. in Sociology from Stanford University in addition to receiving his Juris Doctorate from the UCLA School of Law.
Randy Martinez
Board Member
Mr. Martinez formerly served as CEO and Board member of World Air Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ), a $1 billion global organization with over 2,200 employees and wholly-owned subsidiaries including World Airways, North American Airlines and World Risk Solutions. Early in his career he had a distinguished military career with the U.S. Air Force (Colonel retired and Command Pilot), most recently serving as Principle Advisor to the Chief of NATO’s Strategic Planning Staff. He currently serves on the Board of the National Defense Transportation Association. Mr. Martinez earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the U.S. Air Force Academy and a Master of Science degree from the University of Arkansas and the National Defense University.

Gary L. Winkler
Strategic Advisor
Mr. Winkler is a defense and information technology executive with a track record of successfully delivering transformational capabilities, policies and programs in the National Security realm. He began his career with Defense Contractors working weapons system programs, intelligence systems, and Information Technology (IT) advancements. As an Army civilian leader, Mr. Winkler was selected multiple times to lead major acquisition programs that leveraged new and emerging technologies to get new capabilities into DoD. Mr Winkler has worked across all Military Departments, DoD Agencies, the OSD staff, and the Congressional Staff.
Gary has earned numerous Government and Industry Awards including the Distinguished and Meritorious Presidential Rank Awards, the Secretary of the Army’s Decoration for Exceptional Civilian Service, Government Computer News’ Defense Executive of the Year Award. Federal Computer Week’s FED100 Award, the Association for Federal Information Resource Management Executive Leadership Award, the e-Gov Institute's Knowledge Management Award, and the Army’s Superior Unit and Commander’s Awards.
